The Vietnam Air Services Company (VASCO), a subordinate company of the Vietnam Airlines Corporation, has officially launched its flight services between Da Nang and Nghe An Province’s Vinh City.

Accordingly, VASCO will operate 7 round-trips each week on the route, using 68-seater ATR-72 aircraft.

The flights will depart from Vinh City at 8.20am and from Da Nang at 2.00pm on the same day.

According to a VASCO representative, the reopening of the Vinh - Da Nang air route would help to promote the economic development of the northern central region, as well as to facilitate passengers to travel potential tourism destinations in Da Nang, and the provinces of Nghe An, Thanh Hoa, Hue and Quang Nam.
