The Hai Chau District authorities have started demolishing an illegally constructed restaurant item at the Bach Dang Complex located at 50 Bach Dang, in accordance with the national laws.

This twin-building project is developed by the Bach Dang Hotel Complex Service & Trading JSC.

The Bach Dang Hotel Complex features 2 towers designed with 2 basements and a 4-storey-podium each.

The 5-star 29-storey Hotel Tower is named Hilton Da Nang, and it is operated by HILTON WORLDWIDE.

The other tower, with 25 storeys, provides luxury apartments, offices for lease and a commercial centre, named Heritage Treasure Da Nang (HTD), and operated by Savills Vietnam.

The around 150m² restaurant whose final acceptance by relevant agencies has yet to be conducted is located in the middle of the two buildings.

Before the demolishment, the item’s concrete foundation and glass-covered iron frame had been completed, and inside the venue, sets of tables and chairs, and drinks for sale were available.

The entire demolishment cost was covered by the project developers.
