Following recent approval by the Da Nang authorities, over 16-seater passenger coaches are now banned from stopping and parking along a section of Ly Tu Trong between its intersections with Phan Boi Chau and Nguyen Chi Thanh streets so as to reduce traffic congestion during rush hours.

The municipal Department of Tourism is responsible for asking local travel agencies, the municipal associations of Travel, Tour Guides, Tourist Transport and Taxi to make commitment to ensure their vehicles’ picking up or dropping off passengers at permitted locations for the sake of traffic order and safety along the section.

Meanwhile, other relevant agencies will increase their surprise checks to handle any violations relating to illegal stopping and parking at this location.
