On Friday afternoon, the Da Nang Youth Union (YU) organisation of the municipal Government Agency Block held an English contest 2019 entitled ‘Solutions for Tourism Development, Contributing to Da Nang’s Socio-Economic Development”.

Contestants answering multiple-choice questions

The contest features 2 rounds. In the recent qualifying round, contestants answered 20 multiple-choice questions about tourism information, and write short articles. 

After that, the contest’s organisers will choose the 10 most outstanding teams with the highest scores to compete in the final round.

The contest offers the opportunity for YU members to enhance their English skills. In addition, it aims to collect their initiatives and ideas for promoting the development of the city's tourism industry in the coming time.

The contest has attracted as many as 100 contestants from 30 member teams of the YU organisation of the municipal Government Agency Block.
