Jointly arranged by the Pacific Legend Co. Ltd Khang Huy Holiday Co.Ltd, both based in Da Nang, luxury cruise ship Costa Atlantica carrying a total of 2,375 Chinese passengers, docked at the Tien Sa Port on Saturday morning.

During they stay in the city, the Chinese tourists visited some of the city’s popular attractions

The majority Chinese tourists visited such popular local tourist attractions as Sun World Ba Na Hills, Marble Mountains Tourist Area, Museum of Cham Sculpture, East Sea Park and the Rooster Cathedral, and went shopping at the Con and Han traditional markets, and supermarkets in the city centre.

Meanwhile, the remaining guests were taken on tours to Hoi An City and My Son Sanctuary, both located in the neighbouring province of Quang Nam, plus Hue Imperial Citadel in the namesake locality.

In the evening of the same day, the ship left the city for other destinations.

Costa Atlantica is one of luxury cruise ships which have frequently brought a large number of passengers to the seaside tourist-packed city over the past years.
