Chinese cruise ship passengers stay overnight in the city
Arranged by the Khang Huy Holiday Viet Nam Travel Co Ltd, MS Chinese Taishan cruise ship, carrying a total of over 700 passengers from China, berthed at Da Nang’s Tien Sa Port on Tuesday afternoon.
During their ongoing stay in the coastal city, the passengers are taken on organised tours to some of the city’s popular attractions.
The Chinese visitors have spent an overnight stay in local accommodation establishments instead of onboard.
As scheduled, the ship will leave the city for other destinations at 8.00pm today, 18 September.
According to a spokesperson for the Khang Huy Holiday Viet Nam Travel Co Ltd, MS Chinese Taishan cruise ship has set to bring passengers to the city every 4 days. It is expected that the city is likely to welcome a total of more than 45,000 passengers from 45 cruise ship arrivals by late February 2020.
