Following recent approval by the Da Nang People's Committee, all vehicles are being banned from using the Han River Bridge between midnight and 4.00am from 10- 20 November to allow for testing of the bridge’s load capacity.

The municipal Department of Transport has joined forces with the city's Management Board of Transport Infrastructure Construction and Maintenance Projects to ensure traffic safety during the closures, as well as to widely publicise the closures in the media.
