To date, relevant agencies have already completed their preparations for the much-awaited event.

Ms Nguyen Thi Quynh Diem, Director of the city’s Green Trees-Park Company cum Head of the Management Board of the Spring Flower Market 2020, said, starting from 17 December 2019, her unit has displayed  the bidding rules and other related regulations, plus stall classification instructions, in front of the company.

Accordingly, the rental fees will range from 2 million VND - 4.4 million VND per 50m2 stall, depending on their chosen positions.

Mr Tran Duc Chung, a flower trader from Dien Ngoc Ward, Dien Ban Town, Quang Nam Province, has nearly 10 years of experience in selling flowers at the market.

He said the stall rental fees at this year’s market are not much different from those of last year’s. He hoped that he would sell out his flower pots before Tet, thereby earning high profits to celebrate happy and joyful Tet with his family members.

In a similar vein, another large-scale Tet flower selling area will be opened at a vacant land lot opposite the district’s Administrative Centre between 15 - 24 January (21st to 30th days of the 12th lunar month). The average rental fees are set at between 2 and 5.5 million VND per around 130m2 stand.

In addition, residents in Hoa Vang District will find it convenient to buy gorgeous floral varieties at a Tet flower fair at the Tuy Loan Market in suburban Hoa Vang District’s Hoa Phong Commune in mid-January.
