The Da Nang authoritites have announced that the ‘Talk of Spring 2020’ programme has been postponed until late April due to public fears over the novel coronavirus outbreak. The event was scheduled for early March.

In addition, the programme will change its name to ‘Investment Forum 2020’.

The upcoming event is expected to attract hundreds of businesspeople from both home and abroad.

This year’s event will offer the good opportunity for the municipal leaders to collect opinions, ideas, and suggestions from the participants in order to make reasonable adjustments to the city's master urban plan and economic development strategies by 2030, with a vision towards 2045. The intention is to attract even more domestic and foreign investors to the city.

During the event, the municipal government will grant investment policy decisions and investment registration certificates to some projects.
