A spokesperson for the Da Nang Department of Transport announced on Friday that the Vietnamese Ministry of Transport has allowed domestic airlines to increase their flight frequencies to three Vietnamese big cities of Da Nang, Ha Noi, and Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) from 16 - 22 April.

The airlines will operate two daily round-trip flights on Da Nang - Ha Noi, and Da Nang - HCMC routes.

The airlines will also increase their flight frequencies on their Ha Noi and HCMC routes to 6 daily round-trip flights. 

In addition, two pairs of trains on the Ha Noi - HCM City route are allowed to run daily. However, the operation of other inter-provincial passenger trains have been halted until further notice.
