The Da Nang authorities have granted the permission for the city-based Thinh Khang An Co.,Ltd, to build a high-class education, healthcare and apartment complex at the land lot B3 at the southern side of the Tran Thi Ly Bridge in My An Ward, Ngu Hanh Son District.

The 1,118 billion VND (nearly 48 million USD) project will be bounded by 4 main streets, namely Hoai Thanh to the north, An Duong Vuong to the southwest, My An 11 to the southeast, and Phan Hanh Son to the northwest.

The 12,311m² complex will consit of a hospital, guesthouses offering overnight accommodation for relatives of patients attending this hospital, and a training centre with a 6-storey-podium each, plus two 29-storey apartment blocks.

The project aims to meet growing demand for medical check-ups and treatment of local residents, and train human resources for healthcare facilities, as well as provide the best possible health services and care for the elderly.

The project will be divided into 3 stages. The 1^st stage of the project will focus on building a training centre and high-class apartment building A and will be implemented during the 2020-2025 period. A hospital will be constructed in the 2^nd stage of the project during the 2025 -2028 period, whilst a high-class apartment building B  will be built in the final stage during 2026-2028 period.

Also, approval has been given by the municipal government for the Tuyen Son Housing Development Co.,Ltd. to build a complex for residential and commercial-office uses at a total cost of 1,987 billion VND (over 84 million USD), in the city.

Covering an area of 18,296m², the project will be bounded by Quy My Street to the north, Nguyen Lo Trach Street to the south, the city branch of the Ha Noi University of Home Affairs to the west, and Tran Dang Ninh Street to the east.

The project is expected to be completed in January 2022. Once completed, the project will offer 1,196 apartments for sale and lease in accordance with the national rules.
