So far this year, the city has disbursed 1,600 billion VND (nearly 69 million USD) of public investment funds, representing 13% of the city's target figure for 2020. Of this, 1,015 billion VND (over 43 million USD) has been granted for some key projects, equivalent to 63.3% of the total State funds.

The city's high disbursement rate has been mainly attributed to the great efforts of 4 project management units and agencies in accelerating their disbursement progress.

They are the Management Board of Traffic Work Investment and Construction Projects, the Management Board of Industrial and Civil Engineering Construction and Investment Projects, the Managment Board of Hi-tech Park Construction and Investment Projects, and the Cam Le District authorities.

The average disbursement rate of the above-mentioned units and agencies reached over 15%.
