The Authority of Da Nang's Hi-Tech Park and industrial parks (IPs) has granted an investment license to medical device manufacturing facility in the Hi-Tech Park.

Invested by the Vinh Duc Construction and Trading JSC and its partners, the 350 billion VND facility will manufacture high-tech orthopedic and rehabilitation medical equipment and supplies, including intervertebral discs and spinal pedicle screws.

In the first half of this year, the Authority of Da Nang's Hi-Tech Park and IPs granted investment licenses to 15 new domestic projects, with a total registered capital of 626 billion VND, plus a 60 million USD FDI project. Also, an investment policy decision was given to a 19 billion VND domestic project.

During the 6-month period, the existing 4 FDI projects raised their capital with a total additional sum of nearly 5 million USD.
