Over the past 7 months, the Da Nang authorities have granted new business registration certificates to  2,507 businesses worth 13,390 billion VND in combined registered capital, according to the latest data publised by the Da Nang Statistics Bureau.

In July alone, the number of business registration dossiers to have been handled by functional local bodies reached 3,188, of which 2,327 were conducted online, accounting for 73% of the total. 

This marked a positive sign in the city’s administrative reforms, as well as demonstrated local businesses’ active response to online transactions, especially amid the ongoing social distancing restrictions imposed on the whole city due to a new wave of the deadly novel coronavirus infections.
