Da Nang People’s Committee Vice Chairman Ho Ky Minh handed an investment license to the Saigon Telecommunications Technology JSC, a member of the Saigon Invest Group (SGI), on Tuesday afternoon, to develop factory space for rent in the Da Nang Hi-tech Park.

Vice Chairman Minh remarked that Da Nang has prioritised accelerating infrastructure development in the Hi-tech Park and creating further incentives in an effort to attract domestic and foreign investors to pour money into this industrial park with the aim of turning this venue into a hi-tech development hub in northwestern part of Da Nang.

Mr Minh highlighted the importance of developing factories to let in Da Nang to attract FDI inflows, and drive the development of the city’s technology sector.

Vice Chairman Minh also pledged that Da Nang would always create very favourable conditions for the Saigon Telecommunications Technology JSC to operate effectively in the city and urged the project developer to keep its project on schedule.

Covering a total of 15 ha of land, the 600 billion VND industrial property project for rent will feature factory space, with a total available area of 5,000 - 20,000 m² each, other auxiliary facilities and office space.
