Nearly 5.1 billion VND worth of machine and equipment have been granted for rural industrial production projects in the districts of Hoa Vang, Lien Chieu and Ngu Hanh Son in Da Nang.

In detail, more than 1.2 billion VND were offered by National and Municipal Industrial Development Funds, whilst the remainder were donated by Da Nang-based businesses.

Projects eligible for the aids are active in the aspects of mechanical engineering, processing consumer products, interior decoration, producing fine art wooden products, stone carving, and processing agricultural and forestry products.

The beneficiary projects are now carried out by such businesses as the Bich Hanh Technology Joint Stock Company, the Le House production, trade and service company, Autohome Tech Co,.Ltd, the Hung Nga carpentry facility and some independent small businesses.

Over recent years, many businesses in Da Nang have got support from National and Municipal Industrial Development Funds to purchase more advanced machines and equipment, as well as to promote the application of science and technology to their production activities in a bid to increase production efficiency and improve product quality on firm productivity with the aim to help them maximise their profit.

In particular, such valuable support indeed helped local businesses overcome their financial difficulties triggered by the coronavirus outbreak, and then drive their post-pandemic recovery.
