Some train services to resume from 11 Sept
A pair of daily train services SE3/4 running between Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) will have their operations fully resumed from 11 September, more than one month after they were suspended due to the Covid-19 outbreak, the Sai Gon Railway Transport Joint Stock Company announced on Wednesday.

In detail, the SE4 train will depart in HCMC at 7.25pm and then leave the Da Nang Railway Station at 12.49am before arriving in Ha Noi at 4.48am. Meanwhile, the SE3 train will be en route from Ha Noi to HCMC and leave the Da Nang Railway Station at 11.25am.
Earlier on 8 September, the Sai Gon Railway Transport Joint Stock Company resumed the operation of a pair of trains SE21/22 that run daily between HCMC and Da Nang.
In particular, the SE22 train leaves the Saigon Railway Station at 11.40 am and arrives in Da Nang at 6.28am, whilst the SE21 train departs in Da Nang at 9.30am and arrives in HCMC at 6.20am.
Besides, train services on the Sai Gon-Phan Thiet and Sai Gon-Nha Trang routes will resume operations in order to meet the travel demand of passengers.
In detail, the SNT2 train which is en route from Sai Gon to Nha Trang will operate on Thursdays and Fridays from 10 September. Meanwhile, the SNT1 will go from Nha Trang to Ho Chi Minh City on the weekends from 12 September.
From 11 September, a pair of trains SPT1/2 running on the Sai Gon-Phan Thiet route will operate on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
