As of 15 August, Da Nang has disbursed 3,718 billion VND (over 160 million USD) in public investment fund, representing 49% and 30.3% of the year’s target figures set by the national and municipal governments respectively.

Of this, the disbursement of domestic sources in the city has reached 3,488 billion VND (more than 150 million USD), equivalent to 51% and 32% of the year’s targets set by the national and municipal governments respectively.

Meanwhile, the remaining over 230 billion VND (around 10 million USD) has been disbursed from ODA capital. Of this figure, the disbursement of ODA capital allocated from Viet Nam's national government has hit 121.070 billion VND (over 5 million USD) whilst 109.545 billion VND (approximately 5 million USD) has been disbursed from on-lending ODA capital.

Many key construction projects have been carried out in the city. Amongst, there are 3 projects using the city-managed ODA and concessional loans, and one ODA project run by the national government.

The 4 projects cost about 424.311 million USD in total. Of this, over 333.8 million USD comes from ODA and concessional loans, whilst the remaining 90.497 million USD is from reciprocal capital.
