Developed by the Nam Phat Villas and Hotel Co.Ltd., the over 15ha project is located on Truong Sa Street in Hoa Hai Ward, Ngu Hanh Son District, Da Nang.

The property will feature over 80 luxury villas, an international-standard hotel, conference and service centres, and other facilities.
