The Da Nang government has approved an plan to invite bids for the development of a 644.6 billion VND eco-villa complex in West bypass to the south of the Hai Van Tunnel.

Covering an area of 972,304m² in the mountainous communes of Hoa Son and Hoa Nhon in suburb Hoa Vang District, the project is expected to serve the accommodation needs of residents, and generate additional revenue to Da Nang budget.

According to the Management Board of Da Nang Infrastructure Construction and Urban Development Projects, two investors have so far been short-listed for the soon-to-be-held biddings. One is the joint coordination between the Olympia Co.,Ltd and Sun Group Corporation, the other is the joint partnership between the Olympia Civil Construction Co.,Ltd and Ha Long Sun Co.,Ltd.
