Da Nang ties up with its neighbours for promoting tourism
Da Nang has tied up with its neighbours, namely Quang Nam and Thua Thien -Hue provinces for destination promotion. They together launched a tourism campaign called ‘Three localities - One destination with many experiences’, with the aim of restoring traveller confidence, stimulating travel demand for rebound of the domestic tourist market as part of their major steps to pick up tourism in their localities.

Their tourism campaign aims to affirm that tourism industry in their localities is on track to bounce back from the adverse impacts of the coronavirus pandemic and natural disasters, ready to welcome holiday markers nationwide back there.
Also, the much-hailed campaign comes to support the restoration of the domestic tourist markets amidst ongoing ‘new normal state’ adaptations, and ensure the realisation of the national government-mandated dual goal of containing the pandemic in tandem with driving the social-economic operations”.
Under this tourism campaign, domestic travellers can find it much easier to access special travel deals with high-quality services offered at unprecedented attractive prices.
Noticeably, there are highly-inviting packages such as stays at 5-star hotels and luxury resorts based in the three central localities from now till late next month, and M.I.C.E (Meetings-Incentives-Conferences-Exhibitions) trips and periodic golf events till February 2021.
In particular, people in the three central localities and domestic tourists enjoy a 50% discount on entrance fees to the UNESCO-recognised Complex of Hue Monuments in Hue City from now until 31 December 2020 and a free admission from 1 January 2021 to 30 June 2021.
Likewise, free admission is applied to the public during the first half of 2021, and a 50% discount since then to 31 December 2021 for visits to the Marble Mountains Tourist Area and such other popular attractions as the museums of Da Nang, Cham Sculptures and Fine Arts.
In a similar vein, a 50% discount is taking effect on accesses to a time-honoured old quarter and traditional craft villages in Quang Nam Province’s Hoi An City from now until 30 June 2021.
Last, but not least, a total of more than 200 businesses, tour operators, hotels, restaurants, fashion shops, spas, massage parlors, transport units, cruise ship arrangers will offer discounts of 20 - 40% on their products and services.
