The active initiative to promote the application of new advanced technology and the around-the-clock working spirit has demonstrated the high determination of the construction units to keep the project progress on schedule no mater what challenges or obstacles face them during the deployment duration.

Located in Binh Hien Ward, Hai Chau District, the new development will comprise a public park, a stroll garden associated with an existing sculpture garden, a main stage, a water fountain, a stage for organising cultural events, a playground for children, greenery areas, a parking area, and underground public toilets.
