The 2nd SK Startup Fellowship (SKSF) programme has been launched in Viet Nam with the aim of discovering talented early-stage startups and providing practical support for their growth while building a long-lasting companionship.

The programme is specifically designed for Vietnamese start-ups in all fields, with priority given to those using technology to solve social problems.

Additionally, those in the early-stage or post-seed stage with products and revenues are encouraged to apply for the programme. Hi-tech start-ups holding patents for their services/products will be also eligible to participate in the programme even without meeting the revenue requirements.

The programme will select 12 finalists who have raised less than US$3 million in funding. The top 4 finalists will be granted US$50,000 each, whilst the remaining 8 will get US$16,000 each.

All finalists will also receive in-kind support from SKSF and its partners during the six months of the programme. Included will be training courses on financial management and investor pitching, and one-on-one mentoring sessions.

The finalists will also have the chance to connect with SK Group and its subsidiaries over 40 countries worldwide to explore opportunities for further business development. Of special note, they will be advanced to compete in Startup Day 2021which is one of the largest and most intensive start-up exhibitions in Southeast Asia.

Interested candidates can submit their applications online at https://skstartupfellowship.com/apply/ until 24 March.
