Da Nang government pledges to create the most favourable conditions for the developer of the Lang Van resort and entertainment complex project in order to enable this project to be deployed on schedule  in Da Nang.

This statement was released by Deputy Secretary of Da Nang Party Committee cum Chairman of municipal People's Committee Le Trung Chinh at the kick-off ceremony of the Lang Van resort and entertainment complex project on Monday morning to mark the 46^th anniversary of the city’s liberation (29 March).

In his remarks at the ceremony, Mr Chinh expressed his belief that the project’s developer has the capacity and makes the determination to deploy the project on schedule in an effort to develop a prestigious tourism service with its own identity. In addition, this project is expected to create job opportunities for local residents, make a large contribution to the city budget, and create new architectural highlights for Da Nang.

Vice Chairman cum General Director of VinGroup Nguyen Viet Quang said that the Lang Van resort and entertainment complex project developed by Vinpearl JSC which is a member of VinGroup will be carried out on an area of nearly 1,000 ha in Hoa Hiep Bac ward, Lien Chieu district.

The new development will feature civilised urban design with beautiful settings, along with 5-star facilities and services. The construction project is estimated to cost 35,000 billion VND.

Once completed, the Lang Van resort and entertainment complex project is expected to offer luxury tourism experiences for travellers to Da Nang.
