Da Nang gives timely support to tourists

Since the beginning of 2021, the Visitors Support and Advice Centre under the Da Nang Tourism Promotion Centre has received over 2,600 calls through its hotlines, and replied to 80 emails from tourists to ask for information.

The information has been mainly involved in great deals on Da Nang tourist services and entrance fees at local tourist sites, cultural events and festivals in the city during the New Year and Tet breaks, and Da Nang government-issued mandatory quarantine policies for all arrivals to the city from virus-hit localities in Viet Nam.

In addition to providing free information for visitors, over the past time, Da Nang Visitors Support and Advice Centre has joined forces with functional bodies, the tourism rapid response team, and the 1022 Call Centre to receive visitors' feedback. All their complaints and problems have been handled quickly and effectively, bringing satisfaction to tourists.
