Attractive new tourism products promised for exciting summer trips to Da Nang

In a great effort to stimulate travel demand this summer, the Da Nang tourism industry has launched a wide array of incentive programmes, highly enticing deals and attractive new tourism products offered at very reasonable prices.

A wide array of great deals on tours to Da Nang and the nearby central Vietnamese provinces of Thua Thien- Hue, Quang Nam and Quang Binh have been promopted at a recently- launched  tourism marketing programme themed ‘Amazing Central Heritage’.

The programme aims to create unique, new tourism experience, thus helping to temp domestic visitors back to Da Nang and the three central localities.

The participating localities are gearing up making the debuts of more travel stimulus packages plus more attractive new tourism products and services in a bid to satisfy tourists’ growing expectations.

Visitors to the four central localities can enjoy a rich collection of highly-appealing tour packages offered at reasonable prizes. Notable among them are the 3- day, 2 - night ‘Amazing Da Nang’ and 4 - day, 3- night ‘Amazing Central Heritage’ with added value will run until 28 April.

Also, there are a series of other attractive service packages with guaranteed value and good quality to meet the diverse needs of visitors.

Till date, the ‘Amazing Central Heritage’ programme has attracted the participation of more than hundreds of domestic tourism businesses.

In addition, the four localities have launched more preferential policies for visitors such as free admission to the Da Nang-based Marble Mountains Tourist Site, the museum of  Da Nang, Cham Sculpture and Fine Arts till the end of this year, a 50% discount on entrance fees for tour operators taking tourists to the Hue Cultural Heritage Area belonging to the Complex of Hue Monuments until the end of August, and the half-priced tickets to Quang Nam Province-based Hoi An until 1 May, and a discount of 20 - 50% for trips to Quang Binh Province-based Phong Nha and Thien Duong caves.

In particular, Da Nang has also issued preferential policies targeting the first 100 M.I.C.E Meetings-Incentives-Conferences-Exhibitions) delegations to Da Nang this year.

In addition to the two aforementioned main product packages, the tourism business community of the four localities has launched their own packages featuring highly enticing services and products in a bid to satisfy the diversified needs of visitors.

For example, the "Back to the domain of magic culinary heritage’ package treats visitors with a wide range of attractive dishes and delicacies of Central Viet Nam, ranging from street food to choices offered by luxury restaurants at a discount of 10 -  30%.

In a similar vein, under the ‘Back to the domain of the magic holiday heritage’, serviced accommodation establishments offer attractive services. In particular, a 10 - 50% discount on room rates is applicable at 3- 5 star hotels until December 31.

Meanwhile, joining the ‘Back to the domain of the magic heritage of entertainment’, visitors can experience new products such as European night on top of Ba Na in Da Nang, trips to the Hoi An Impression Theme Park and the show ‘Hoi An Memories’ in Quang Nam Province.

The ‘Back to the miraculous heritage domain with ecological products’ treats visitors with new travel experiences such as exploring Phong Nha, Thien Duong and Tien Son caves, Nuoc Mooc ecological tourist site in Quang Binh Province.

General Director of Viet Nam National Administration of Tourism, Nguyen Trung Khanh urged the tourism industry to identify specific solutions to peed up its revival with special heed to efficiently tapping domestic tourist market, and preparing for welcoming international visitors after Viet Nam opens its borders and resumes all international flights following successful containment of the global COVID-19 pandemic in the near future.

In particular, it is important to pay attention to restructuring and rebuilding unique and attractive tourism products suitable to new types of tourism such as beach leisure, medical tourism, experimental tourism and short-term travels.

In parallel with the formation of new tourism products with many incentives for tourists, it is suggested that the local tourism industry should always focus on maintaining the strict practice of safety measures against COVID-19 in accordance with the national mandatory regulations.
