Logistics centres and warehouses, covering a combined total of about 229 hectares, including those in services for the would –be Lien Chieu deep-sea mega-port and the new Kim Lien Station, will be developed in Lien Chieu District.

The new development is in line with the Prime Minister-approved adjustments to the Da Nang Master Plan for its major development goals to 2030, with a vision to 2045.

Lien Chieu District Party Committee Secretary Tran Phuoc Son said the district authorities, in the coming time, will work closely with the municipal Construction Planning Institute to build the district’s detailed planning strategies, with importance attached to building a number of streets such as Western Belt 2, Tay Bac Axis 1 and Nguyen Sinh Sac streets, and Road No. 2 at the Hoa Khanh Industrial Park. These roads, once completed, are expected to help the district solve traffic problems of deep concern.
