Covering on an area of nearly 1,000 ha, the Lang Van complex is being developed by Vinpearl JSC, a member of Viet Nam's leading private conglomerate VinGroup.
The new development will feature a civilised urban design with beautiful settings, and 5-star facilities and services. The project is expected to create an urban tourism complex developed in harmony with the natural environment, and help connect housing spaces, community facilities, and commerce-entertainment services.
Once operational, the project is promised to offer luxury tourism experiences for travellers to Da Nang, develop a prestigious tourism service with its own identity, develop a new architectural landmark for the city, create more employment for local residents and make a large contribution to the city budget.
For the time being, Lien Chieu District’s relevant agencies are speeding up site clearance, compensation and technical infrastructure relocation for the sake of the on-scheduled progress of this public attention-catching, large-scale tourism project. Till date, 1044 dossiers of cleared land have been completed for the site handover.
The handover of all cleared sites to the on-going Lang Van project is scheduled to be completed by June, 2021.
