The Da Nang Department of Construction has recently announced one more commercial housing project that is eligible for foreign ownership in the city. It is the Central Coast hotel and apartment complex project located at Vo Nguyen Giap, Son Tra District, developed by the Minh Dong Travel Service And Trading Company Limited.

There are 340 apartments in the Central Coast project are eligible to go on sale, of which a maximum of 102 are allowed to be owned by foreign organisations and individuals.

Previously, in April, the Department of Construction announced a list of 17 projects that are eligible for foreign ownership at https://baodanang.vn/english/business/202104/17-da-nang-commercial-housing-projects-permitted-for-foreign-ownership-3879458/.

In addition, there are three commercial housing projects that are ineligible for foreign ownership, namely the 1.95ha F-Home apartment building at 16 Ly Thuong Kiet by the Da Nang Food JSC, the Da Nang Diamond Tower ( a complex of Marriott hotel and apartment, and houses for sale at 58 Bach Dang) by the 1.37ha Foodinco Real Estate JSC, and the 0.55 ha Indochina Riverside Tower at 74 Bach Dang by the Indochina Riverside Tower River Garden Viet Nam Co., Ltd.
