Total State budget collection in Da Nang in the first 6 months of 2021 is estimated at VND 11,387 billion, equivalent to 52.3% of the year’s target, according to the latest government figures released at the first session of the Da Nang People’s Council in its 10th tenure for the 2021-2026 term on Friday.

In detail, domestic revenue is estimated at VND 8,842 billion, equivalent to 48.6% of the year’s target while taxes on imports and exports is estimated at VND 2,541 billion, equivalent to 71.6% of the year’s target.

Between January and June, income of the governments' budget balance is estimated at VND 15,182 billion while the estimated government expenditure is expected to stand at VND 10,762 billion,  equivalent to 61.18% of the year’s target.

The city government has so far this year used VND 124,815 billion from a backup source of local funding.

It is expected that domestic revenue will hit VND 19,182.4 billion in the rest of the year, equivalent to 105.4% of the year’s target set by the Da Nang People’s Council if the COVID-19 situation is brought under control in early third quarter of 2021.
