Following instructions made by the Da Nang Department of Transport on Friday, both drivers and passengers on coaches are required to make e-medical declarations via QR Codes before their arrivals in the city for the state management of entries and exits through the city’s entrances.

Freight and passenger transport service providers must guide their drivers and passengers to striclly comply the aforementioned health declaration rules.

Simply put, they are guided to declare their health status via online apps available on their smart phones, namely on the Danang SmartCity app, the Zalo of the city’s switchboard 1022 or at the websites https://khaibaoyte.danang.gov.vn and https://khaibaoyte.danang.gov.vn. Messages contain QR codes which are scanned by functional bodies for confirmation.

Also, posters instructing how to make e-medical declarations must be visually displaced on vehicles for easier access by passengers.

In particular, a person is allowed make e-medical declarations for others who donot have smart phones under their names with permissions.
