Nine products have been voted Da Nang’s typical rural industrial rural industrial products for 2021.

The honourable products are 3D wooden sculptures made by the Hung Nga Carpentry Facility, Hoa Vang District), children's rocking rattan chairs by the An Khe Bamboo and Rattan Cooperative, Hoa Vang District, Can wine (rice wine drunk out of a jar through pipes) by the Phu Tuc Can Wine making facility, Hoa Vang District, Tam Nguyen Ginger Tea by the Tam Nguyen family-run establishment, Ngu Hanh Son District, packaged fresh vermicelli by the Dai Cuong One Member Limited Liability Company, Hoa Vang District, fresh whole-bran and nutritious rice by the Vita Corporation Trading & Service Co., Ltd., Ngu Hanh Son District, Ganoderma lucidum by the Nhon Phuoc Mushroom Cooperative, Hoa Vang District, Kata Glass and Kata Cera by the Duc Nam Fine Arts Production Co., Ltd., Hoa Vang District, Sala Lux tempered glass cutting board by the Le House Trading & Service Production Co., Ltd., Hoa Vang District.

According to the voting council, the selection of these products was based on main criteria such as meeting the market demand, product development capability, environmental protection and aesthetics.

The above-mentioned products donot violate intellectual and industrial property rights and other relevant regulations regarding quality, occupational safety and hygiene, food safety and environmental protection. Also, they can able to be produced en masse in large quantities.

The selection of typical rural industrial products offers the good opportunity for production establishments, handicraft villages and firms to advertise their products to both domestic and foreign markets.

Five out of the 9 aforementioned products will be allowed to seek berth in a list of the most typical rural industrial products in Central Viet Nam and Central Highland regions for 2022.

Previously, three Da Nang-made products have been named among the top 100 rural industrial products in Central Region and Highlands in 2020.

These products are rice papers made by the Dai Cuong Trade and Production Co., Ltd.; tempered glass by the Duc Huy Technology JSC; and film-faced coffa plywood by the Dana Plywood Trade and Production Co., Ltd, all based in Hoa Vang District.
