The Da Nang Investment Promotion Agency (IPA) has just announced a list of 22 planned land plots covering a total area of nearly 340,000m² available for investment in the aspects of housing, trade-services, education - training, and healthcare.

The aforementioned plots are located in prime locations in Son Tra, Cam Le, Ngu Hanh Son and Hoa Vang districts.

As scheduled, these sites will be auctioned in 2021 and 2022.

Notable among the 22 large land plots are the Creative Space project in Hoa Xuan Ward, Cam Le District with an adjusted planning area of 172,980 m², and a 24,452m² housing service area in the first stage of the Software Park No. 2.

Other notable sites include a 20,855m² residential area to the south of the Cam Le Bridge, a land plot with facades onto the Nguyen Hong Anh, Nguyen Bao, Le Dinh Dien and Hoang Dao Thanh streets, the An Hoa residential area, and Hoa Minh No.1 resettlement area.
