An over 2,700m² land lot No.A2 in An Hai Bac Ward, Son Tra District, Da Nang will be auctioned off by the Bao Viet Auction Partnership Company on August 9, 2021 following approval by municipal Civil Judgment Execution Department.

The guide price for the auction is set at VND 303.692 billion.

The 2,722.5m² land lot is planned to be used for commercial and service purposes with a land- use term of 50 years.

To be eligible to participate in the upcoming auction, customers must pay an in-advance deposit of VND60.7 billion from August 4 to 6, 2021.

Auctioneers must carry out compulsory procedures on the ownership transfer and use of assets, as well as pay registration fees and strictly obey the rules stipulated by the city's master plan for its major developments.

The aforementioned property will be sold to the highest bidder who shall be contact competent State agencies to apply for the recognition of the land-use right over the auctioned property.
