Segregation of passengers from HCMC and Ha Noi at Da Nang Airport for COVID controls
Deputy Director of Da Nang International Airport Hoang Huu Cuong has said that passengers arriving at the Da Nang Airport from Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) have been segregated for COVID-19 quarantine, starting from the afternoon of July 5, 2021.

The new rules cames amid the complex developments of COVID-19, and the Da Nang Airport is taking all necessary precautions in a bid to prevent the spread of the virus.
Shuttle buses will be used to transport passengers departing from HCMC to the terminal building, and they will enter the terminal at Gate A1. After they are segregated for quarantine facilities, and they will collect their luggage at the airport's baggage carousel near Gate A3. HCMC guests will then leave the airport at Gate A3 for COVID-19 quarantine.
Passengers arriving in Da Nang from Ha Noi will enter the terminal building at Gate A2. They will be required to have their body temperature checked, and then get their bags at the baggage claim near Gate A4. The Ha Noi guests will exit the airport through Gate A4.
All passengers from HCMC arriving at the Da Nang Airport will be classified and sent for compulsory COVID-19 quarantine in line with the Ministry of Health’s guidance.
Guests from Ha Noi will be also classified for COVID-19 quarantine, and those coming from COVID-19 affected areas as identified in the COVID-19 Map issued by the Ministry of Health will be sent for compulsory quarantine while others from coronavirus- free areas will be allowed entry into the city.
