15 tonnes of fresh fish on sale at Hoa Cam Market
The Dai Duong Xanh (Blue Ocean) company located in Hoa Xuan Ward, Cam Le District, Da Nan, on August 24 and 25, launched the sales of 15 tonnes of fresh fish at the Hoa Cam Market to serve the public desperate need of food amid the sta.
According to Secretary of the Cam Le District Party Committee Phan Thi Thuy Linh, the above-mentioned amount of fresh fish was sourced from the central coastal province of Quang Ngai via road transport conducted by the Dai Duong Xanh company.
In addition, this company sold 2.7 tonnes of meat and 1 tonne of eggs at the Hoa Cam Market to partly meet the public demand for food. People residing in Cam Le District made orders of food through the COVID-19 task forces of their residential groups.
The purchases and sales took place in line with COVID-19 prevention and control mandates.
Cam Le District's cooperation with the Dai Duong Xanh Company to ensure foods supplies for locals has partly reduced the pressure of handling orders through the supermarket system over recent days.
In addition, the Cam Le District Farmers' Association has also cooperated with its counterpart in Hoa Vang District to provide green produce and other kinds of food such as chicken and quail eggs for locals.
