The Da Nang Department of Information and Communications on Friday afternoon announced that the city will launch an online survey on the readiness and demand for digital transformation in order to engage businesses across Da Nang and collect their feedback tomorrow, August 28. Survey questions will be available at https://dx.danang.gov.vn.

The questionnaire survey aims to understand the capability and the readiness of local businesses for digital transformation in order to create a digital transformation strategy for the city and help state management agencies to assess and understand current level of digital maturity of each business in Da Nang. In addition, it will help the Da Nang government to take appropriate measures to provide support for local businesses to drive their digital transformation.

The survey questions will be divided into 11 categories: general information of businesses; the current fields of business, their strategic plan, their customer experience, their supply chain, their information technology system and data management, their network risks and security, corporate governance; human resources and organization, their difficulties and suggestions.

The survey will help the Da Nang government to provide guidance and advice for digital transformation for businesses and organize appropriate training courses which target specific interests of businesses in a bid to help drive their digital transformation in the most effective way.

The Da Nang Department of Information and Communications will look at the survey result to give advice to the municipal administration to develop mechanisms and policies to support businesses to drive their digital transformation during the 2021-2025 period.
