The Authority of the Hoa Cuong Wholesale Market in Hai Chau District, Da Nang, announced on Thursday morning that this market is closing due to COVID-19 concerns.

The closure started at 7:00 am, today, August 12, until further notice.

All market stallholders are obliged to pursue the closure order after the notice is served.

All truck vehicles carrying goods to this market will be allowed to arrive in the Da Nang International Exhibition and Fair Centre on Cach Mang Thang Tam Street for loading and unloading of goods from 3:00pm on August 12. One stall owner and one of her/his assistants are only allowed to enter this centre to receive their goods from their delivers.

Small trucks are only allowed to enter the Da Nang International Exhibition and Fair Centre to pick up goods. Rudimentary vehicles and motorbikes along with wholesale buyers are banned from entering this centre.

All truck drivers and their assistants must declare their health status when entering or leaving Da Nang International Exhibition and Fair Centre.
