Passengers who bought advance tickets to travel to or from the Da Nang Railway Station should contact their local railway stations and customer care centers to ask for a refund or reservation.

It is known that in addition to the SE7/SE8 trains, VNR still operate special trains to bring people home from COVID-19 affected areas. These trains are only allowed to run following permission from the competent authority, and run nonstop between departure and arrival stations.

The passengers returning home from affected areas must have proof of a negative COVID-19 test certificate before departure of train. In addition, they must get permission from local authorities in departure and arrival destinations as well as must undergo mandatory quarantine upon arrival in their hometowns.

The Da Nang government has announced tougher COVID-19 curbs from 8 am on August 16 - 23 with all movement and activities banned.

Da Nang Railway Station is required to apply the stay-at-work solution during the 7 days of the imposition of the new restrictions.
