Recent days have seen online advertisements on the sales of apartments at the Asiana Apartment project developed by the Asiana Paramount Co., Ltd. and a social housing project at Lot B4-1 belonging to Bau Tram Lakeside green urban area project invested by the Saigon – Da Nang Investment Corporation.

Both of the projects are located in Hoa Hiep Nam Ward, Lien Chieu District, Da Nang.

According to a confirmation made by the Da Nang Department of Construction, till date, the above-mentioned projects have not been permitted to launch the sales of their apartment, as prescribed in Article 55 of the Law on Real Estate Business 2014.

In case the aforementioned projects are eligible to be put the apartments into use  as prescribed and at the legal request of their investors in the coming time, the municipal Department of Construction will display information relating to the sales on its official website at http:/sxd.danang. gov.vn

The Department requires the two projects’ developers to comply with accordance with national laws on investment, land use and environmental protection, and other relevant regulations.

Under the laws, the investors must take accountability for something wrong found  in construction and real estate trade activities at the projects. Also, they are required to mobilize capital in accordance with the law on housing and real estate.
