Following recent approval by the Da Nang People's Committee, 5 land plots located in Cam Le and Hoa Vang districts will be will be put up for auction next month.

In Hoa Vang District alone, the auction of land use right transfer will be conducted for the nearly 0.3 ha C2.9B site belonging to a land fund along a part of the National Highway 1A and a 233 m² mini supermarket project, both in Hoa Phuoc Commune, the more than 0.3 ha C2.4 and nearly 0.4 ha C2.7 sites belong to a streak of land fund along a section of the National Highway 1A in Hoa Chau Commune.

The more than 0.4 ha A1-12 land plot in zone C to the south of the Cam Le Bridge in the namesake district is also subject to the auction.

The Da Nang Land Fund Development Centre is responsible for taking the next steps to auction off the land use rights for the 5 above-mentioned large land plots in line with the laws.
