The auction of land use right transfer will be conducted for 2 large land plots for the development of potential projects, 200 ones for residence and 4 ones available for a one-time payment of land lease.

Procedures will be taken to auction off the land use rights for the 10,181m² A1-2-1 site in An Hai Bac Ward, Son Tra District with its facades onto Pham Van Dong, Ngo Quyen and Ly Thanh Tong streets, and the over 2,144.7m² A2 land plot available for the development of a parking garage on the corner of Nguyen Van Linh and Hoang Dieu streets, adjacent to Phuoc Ninh relic site in Nam Duong Ward, Hai Chau District. 

A total of 200 residential land plots will be put up for auction in the coming time, 100 of which have facades onto 2 streets and the rest are located along 10.5wide streets.

The 4 aforementioned land plot available for a one-time payment of land lease are the 1,608m² A9 site on Vo Van Kiet Street, An Hai Dong Ward, Son Tra District, the 20,855 m² A3-2 site of a international inter-level school located in a residential area to the south of Cam Le Bridge, Hoa Chau Commune, Hoa Vang District, the over 4,165 A1.1 site on Vo Van Kiet Street, An Hai Tay Ward, Son Tra District and 10,379m² A1-1 site along the eastern bank of the Han River in An Hai Bac Ward, Son Tra District.
