Viet Nam-based multinational FPT Corporation and McKinsey Viet Nam under the McKinsey & Company, a global management consulting firm, have entered a cooperation agreement to give consultancy on digital transformation to businesses in a bid to help them bounce back and develop after the COVID-19 wave.

Under the signed agreement, FPT Digital, a digital transformation consulting firm belonging to FPT, and McKinsey Viet Nam will give support to state-owned and private enterprises during their digital transformation journeys.

Particularly, FPT Digital and McKinsey Viet Nam will assist the aforementioned enterprises in  implementing digital transformation, appropriate digital technologies and information technology solutions, as well as organising training programmes which aim to enhance their employees’ essential skills for better adaptation to the new working process.

At the same time, heed with be paid to helping the target businesses assess their readiness levels in terms of technologies, digital transformation, in-depth data analysis and infrastructure.

The bilateral cooperation with McKinsey Viet Nam is expected to help increase the efficiency and seamlessness of the digital transformation strategy and digital initiatives that FPT plans to give advice and consultancy to businesses.
