Land prices in big Vietnamese cities announced
The Ministry of Construction has just detailed land prices of some urban area projects in Ha Noi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang and Hai Phong.
Specifically, in Ha Noi, land price of the new Dai Kim - Dinh Cong urban area has been fixed at VND46 million /m2, the Thanh Ha - Muong Thanh urban area at VND34 million /m2, the Eurowindow Twin Parks project at about VND 94 million/m2, and the Kim Chung - Di Trach urban area at about VND52 million/m2.
In Ho Chi Minh City, the price of VND114 million/m2 has been set for the Thanh My Loi residential area in District 2, about VND211 million/m2 for the An Phu - An Khanh project in District 2, VND212 million/m2 for the Huy Hoang project in District 2, about VND110 million /m2 for the Everich III project in District 7, and about VND72 million /m2 for a residential area under the Department of Culture and Information in District 9.
In Da Nang, the price of about VND84 million /m2 has been applied for the Euro Village project in Son Tra District, about VND52 million/m2 for the One River project in Ngu Hanh Son District, and about VND 43 million/m2 for a residential area on the southern side of the Tuyen Son Bridge in Ngu Hanh Son District.
In Hai Phong, the ICC Quan Mau project in Le Chan District has been offered at about VND61 million /m2, the Him Lam - Hung Vuong project in Hong Bang District at about VND 29 million /m2, the urban area on the northern side of the Cam River in Thuy Nguyen District at about VND28 million /m2, and the Cuu Vien new urban area project in Kien An District at about VND22 million /m2.
