The Department of Construction has just promulgated the process of piloting administrative procedures on the appraisal of feasibility study reports and construction permits, applicable to construction projects with non-state capital sources (except for technical infrastructure works).

In detail, the handling of administrative procedures for project appraisal and construction permits is carried out in four steps.

In Step 1, investors must summit all documents on feasibility study reports for appraisal and applications for construction permits to the Da Nang Department of Construction at its one-stop-shop area which is in charge of receiving dossiers and returning the results of administrative procedures.

In Step 2, the appraisal of the feasibility study reports is carried out within 18 days.

In Step 3, the issuance of construction permits is implemented within 13 days.

In Step 4, investors receive written notices of the evaluation of the project feasibility study reports and construction permits at the Department’s one-stop-shop area as above mentioned.

In particular, application files can be submitted to the municipal Department of Construction in person or by post.

Investors are encouraged to apply online at the Da Nang Online Public Service Portal at https://dichvucong.danang.gov.vn

Investors are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness in providing legal documents on land, houses and other land-attached assets according to regulations and other relevant papers relating to projects for the effective handling of administrative procedures on project appraisal and construction permits.
