The Vietnamese General Department of Customs has freshly launched free-of-charge software for customs declarations at  https://e-Declaration.customs.gov.vn:8443 which is slated to officially operate from January 1, 2022.

The new customs declaration software is deployed on the web-based platform, centrally installed at the General Department of Customs.

Accordingly, businesses only need to have an internet-connected device to be able to access free customs declaration services.

The software is promptly updated to meet the new requirements of digital and smart customs.

Previously, the customs authority had deployed free software under the VNACCS/VCIS automatic clearance system. However, users had to download and install the software.

The Department of Information Technology and Customs Statistics under the General Department of Customs will always maintain 24/7 support in order to handle problems facing businesses during the declaration process via 19009299 and 19009299 or via webmaster@customs.gov.vn.
