Large land plot on Vo Van Kiet Street, Da Nang to be auctioned off
Following recent approval by the Da Nang People's Committee, the auction of land use right transfer will be conducted for a 1,608m2 land site coded A9 on Vo Van Kiet Street, An Hai Dong Ward, Son Tra District for the development of potential projects.
The large land plot with three facades borders Vo Van Kiet Street to the north, Ngo Quyen Street to the west, Pham Quang Anh Street to the east and refurbished residential land to the south.
The land site is located 150 m away from the headquarters of the Son Tra District People's Committee, the Dragon Bridge 300m, the My Khe beach 1.3 km, the Da Nang Administrative Center 2.3 km, the Da Nang International Airport 2.3 km, the Tien Sa Port 7 km and the Vincom Da Nang 1.4 km.
Till date, technical infrastructure on this large land plot has completed.
There are no assets attached to the land.
The land plot is now under management of the Da Nang Land Fund Development Centre.
It is planned to be used for commercial and service purposes with a land- use term of 50 years.
The one-time payment for the entire lease period is required.
On July, 2020, the municipal administration approved the adjustments to the detailed 1:500 zoning planning map of the land plot.
This site is listed in the 2021 Land Use Plan of Son Tra District approved by the municipal People's Committee on March 25, 2021.
The auction will be carried out online on the national auction website.
The amount of money collected from land lease is expected to reach more than VND264.6 billion, which is later transferred to the State budget.
The Da Nang Land Fund Development Centre headquartered at 106 Hoang Van Thu, Phuoc Ninh Ward, Hai Chau District will be in charge of organsing the auction.
