The Da Nang People's Committee has just issued the overall plan to implement a programme to improve product and goods quality in the 2022-2025 period, with a vision towards 2030.

The programm aims to support the city-based businesses improve productivity and quality of products, goods and services on the basis of the application of scientific and technological achievements and promote labour productivity and total-factor productivity (TFP) based on science, technology and innovations.

These strides are expected to help them improve competitiveness and sustainability and increase the TFP's contribution to the city's economic growth.

By 2025, the contribution of total factor productivity to the city's economic growth will reach 45% and remain stable until 2030.

The city will support the implementation of at least five science and technology programmes with the content associated with research and application of science and technology to improve productivity and quality.

Also, more support will be given to enterprises so that they can apply e-commerce solutions in production and business activities and expanding goods consumption markets at home and abroad.
