The Da Nang authorities are expected to invite bids to select eligible contractors for the development of resettlement areas whose developer is the Management Board of the Da Nang Hi-tech and Industrial Zone Infrastructure Development Projects.

The new resentment area for households displaced by the Hoa Ninh Industrial Park, comprising 12 bidding packages, is VND80.6 billion worth of investment capital.

The bidding will be open to all contractors nationwide, starting from the first quarter of 2022 to the first quarter of 2023.

Meanwhile, Phase 2 of the expanded Tan Ninh Resettlement Area project in Hoa Vang District has an investment value of VND261 billion.

This project highlights bidding packages for ground leveling, traffic infrastructure, rainwater wastewater drainage, water supply and lighting systems, trees, and technical culverts with a total value of nearly VND 80 billion.

The contract implementation duration lasts 600 days and 120 days are set for completing legal procedures related to the contract.
