Till date, 4 private Vietnamese businesses registered to participate in an auction for the development of a smart parking garage at 10 Ly Thuong Kiet, Thach Thang Ward, Hai Chau District.

They are the 579 Investment and Construction JSC located on 12^th floor of Vinh Trung Plaza Building at 255-257 Hung Vuong, Vinh Trung Ward, Thanh Khe District, the Bilco JSC at 10A Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, Da Kao Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, the Da Nang Food JSC at 16 Ly Thuong Kiet, Thach Thang Ward, Hai Chau District and the Hai Van Thanh Dat JSC at 2 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, Thach Thang Ward, Hai Chau District.

The soon-to-be-developed parking garage covers an area of 382m² with a service radius of 300m, accommodating a maximum of 150 cars.

The construction drawing of this project has been submitted to the relevant authorities for approval.

Currently, the Da Nang Department of Natural Resources and the Environment is directing the municipal Land Fund Development Centre to develop a land auction plan for the construction of public parking projects in locations that have been approved by the municipal administration.
